Breakfast update

Oops..almost forgot to tell you what we had for breakfast!

According to our calorie intake (1400 for me and 1600 for him)
we are each allowed 3 proteins and 1 carb for breakfast:
1 hard boiled Organic egg
2 oz Baked Ham (left overs from Easter)
1 small potato wedge (left overs - reheated)

To make the potatoe wedges I slice 1 or 2 sweet potatoes and 1 baking potatoes into 1inch wedges - sprinkle with EVOO (organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil) a generous amount of cayenne pepper and Organic Sea Salt and bake at 350 deg until done - about 10 to 15 minutes..yummy! these are great with turkey burgers too :)

1 oz of TeninOne Liquid vitamin

1 oz Mangosteen Juice

2 Krill Oil caps (EfaGold Nature's Way super anti-oxidant - pcb and mercury free)
